2012 Rates

Luxury Villa for up to 22 People

Notes: 

• The property must be rented Saturday to Saturday

• The cottages and/or studio can only be rented with the main villa.

• If you do not rent the entire villa (main villa, cottages & studio),  the owner will attempt to rent them to others.

• Included:  Gas, Water, Electric,  Sheets

• bar with ice machine in garden on patio.

• small gym with machines and ping pong table.

• A security deposit of € 500 is payable to the owner on arrival.

• final cleaning -  €300 (to be paid in cash to owner)

• Sauna - costs extra when used

• The swimming pool is available 30 April through 30th September

• unlimited wi-fi

• Heating is Not Included:  Heating costs for 5 hours/day to be paid directly to the Owner of the Villa.
